Returns & Exchange Policy
At Aurra Jewels, every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. We want your experience to feel clear, fair and dependable, so this policy explains when a return, exchange or refund can be requested and how we review each request.
Return Window
- You may request a return for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with the original invoice, packaging, tags, certificates, accessories and any free gifts received with the order.
- Returns are accepted only after our quality check is completed successfully.
Exchange Window
- You may request an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery for size, variant, damaged item, defective item or wrong item concerns.
- If the same item or variant is unavailable, Aurra Jewels may offer a suitable alternative, store credit or refund based on the case.
- If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch. If it costs less, the difference may be refunded or issued as store credit.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please keep an unboxing video and clear photos of the package, product, invoice and issue. These may be required to verify transit damage, missing items or wrong item claims.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund depending on product availability and the issue reported.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect:
- Customized, personalized, engraved, altered or made-to-order jewellery.
- Products marked as final sale, clearance sale or non-returnable on the product page.
- Used, worn, washed, damaged, scratched, resized or tampered products.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, accessories or free gifts.
- Products damaged due to misuse, poor storage, perfume, water exposure, chemicals, impact or normal wear and tear.
How to Raise a Request
- Sign in to your Aurra Jewels account and open your order details.
- Select the item for return or exchange and choose the relevant reason.
- Upload clear photos and, where required, an unboxing video or return packing video.
- Confirm your pickup address and submit the request.
- Our team will review the request and guide you through pickup, exchange or refund steps.
Quality Check
- All returned products are inspected after pickup or receipt at our facility.
- The product must match the original product sent by Aurra Jewels and must pass condition checks.
- If the product does not meet the policy conditions, the return or exchange may be rejected and the item may be shipped back to you.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after successful quality verification.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method where possible.
- For COD or alternate payment cases, we may request bank or UPI details for refund processing.
- Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the bank, payment partner and refund method.
- Shipping charges, gift wrap charges, convenience charges or COD charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Aurra Jewels.
Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is returned, exchanged, cancelled or unavailable, Aurra Jewels may process a partial refund for the affected item value after verification. Any discounts, coupons, loyalty points, free gifts or bundle offers may be adjusted against the final refund amount.
Offers, Bundles and Free Gifts
- If an order included a free gift, bundle discount or promotional offer, all linked items must be returned together unless approved otherwise.
- If returning one item changes the eligibility for an offer, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the correct payable value.
- Products purchased under special campaigns may be eligible only for exchange or store credit if mentioned on the product or offer page.
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be handled under the return or exchange process after delivery.
Important Care Note
Silver 925, gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil jewellery should be kept away from perfume, water, sweat, harsh chemicals and rough surfaces. Tarnish, plating fade or damage caused by usage conditions may not qualify as a return unless covered under a separate warranty or approved service policy.
Policy Updates
Aurra Jewels may update this Returns & Exchange Policy from time to time. The policy active on the date of purchase will generally apply to that order unless required otherwise by law.
Final Decision
For all return, exchange, replacement, refund, store credit, quality check and eligibility matters, the final decision and authority shall remain with Aurra Jewels, subject to applicable law.
